Scorodite manufactures austenitic, Stainless Steel, Super Duplex, Duplex Welded & Semaless Pipes & Tubes. welded from coil and plate & seamless from hollow Bar. During continuous production from coil, in one single operation the base material can be formed into a pipe, welded, heat-treated and subjected to non-destructive testing.
For welded production of pipes from stainless steel coils & plates, the base material is formed into a pipe on the break press subsequently welded by fully automated & seamless production of pipes from stainless steel hollow bars.
Destructive and non-destructive testing are done in our inhouse testing facility.
All pipes are pickled and passivated in our 14 meter long pickling facilities.

Production from single plates
Scorodite manufactures of welded pipes from coils & plates & seamless pipes from hollow bar.
Next to the standard austenitic grades Scorodite's material range includes high performance austenitic stainless steel, high temperature austenitic stainless steel, superduplex & duplex.
The pipes can be produced in single random or double random lengths. Furthermore Scorodite has fully automatic welding equipment to make circumferential welds to enable the supply of double random lengths with a maximum length of 14 meter.
